Why it matters. When the usual messengers became inconvenient to use, technicians were left without a common place to talk. So we made our own: a chat on our own server, without VPN or workarounds, only for our people. Ask about a repair — get an answer from those who have already fixed it.
What is done by today: subscription and auto-renewal, a step-by-step connection page, tariffs with clear descriptions, and forum access by subscription. Everything was checked on real pages, not "in words".
