TERMOS Chat is the project's working space for communication, support and closed working rooms. Here technicians discuss real repairs, share dumps, ask questions and get help on the project.
Important: the forum and the chat are two different layers. The forum holds your profile, access, materials, invoices, payment statuses and instructions. TERMOS Chat (Matrix) is for communication and support. This is done not for an extra registration, but so that access, payments and live communication do not get mixed into one pile.
Access to the closed chat rooms appears after you receive TERMOS access on the forum.

- Get TERMOS access if it is not activated yet: https://onetv-srt.com/app.php/termos/access
- Create or open a TERMOS Chat (Matrix) account: https://chat.term-os.ru/#/register
- Open the chat in a browser, the desktop app or the phone app.
- If the support bot asks for an API token, create it in your forum profile and send it to the bot in one message.
