[TERMOS Project]

A milestone: our own server is up.

The TERMOS chat server is running — on our own infrastructure, with voice support — and from day one it has backups, monitoring and an incident-recovery plan.

This is the real meaning of "your own server, without VPN": it is literally ours. Stability is built in, not hoped for.
